In a world where technology is constantly evolving, the making and receiving of phone calls remains as important as ever. We work with you to advise on the best telephony solution to fit your business size, budget and growth plans. We can provide demos and training to make sure you have the information you need at every step of the process.
If you’re still relying on a traditional PBX in your organisation, then it’s time to consider moving to a hosted solution to improve and enhance your communication capabilities.
With hosted telephony, also known as IP telephony, the system resides in the cloud rather than in your office, meaning no costly PBX maintenance costs or upgrades. At Pure Telecom, we are responsible for the hardware and software, including system upgrades.
As well as giving your organisation access to low-cost and free IP calling, a hosted system puts a huge range of smart call management features at your fingertips. Mobiles and other devices such as CRM tools can also be integrated.
Your organisation’s entire communications, across multiple sites and countries, can be managed easily, right down to individual user level through a simple interface.
Pure Telecom are unique in that they have a dedicated single point of contact for all aspects of our telecoms infrastructure. This is essential in the smooth running of our multi-site business. They respond quickly and really understand the way we work, giving us the confidence that, as we grow our business, they are the right partner.
BT announced that by 2020, customers will no longer be able to purchase ISDN and PSTN circuits. By 2025, the aim is to switch off these circuits. This means that customers will either need to move to a hosted system or upgrade their existing system so that it can connect to broadband.
With a hosted system, your calls will be delivered via the internet and there will be no need for telephone system hardware (other than handsets), dedicated telephone lines or specialised engineers.
