When moving to Horizon VoIP, it is possible to keep your numbers and you can add new ones.

Many of our customers choose to set up phone numbers with different geographic area codes to help expand their presence in a specific area. For example, you could be based in Shropshire, with a Birmingham and/or London number set up for your regional customers.

Horizon’s hosted telephony systems / VoIP works over IP and it’s therefore not geographically dependent. If you’re moving offices, we can provide advice and support to ensure the transition of your VoIP phone system is smooth, with no downtime for you or your customers.

The handsets themselves are plug and play and can easily be moved to the new office. On the portal, you can simply set up call diverts to mobiles to handle calls while your IP phone handsets are being relocated. All other parts of the system are hosted in the cloud which means that to the outside world, the service remains unchanged.

If you do have any unexpected problem with your internet connectivity, our intuitive platform sees this fail and automatically routes calls to mobile numbers or outside numbers to ensure you never miss a call.
