We're going to Shropshire Business LIVE
11 Feb 2019

The world of telecommunications is breaking new ground constantly with technology evolving at a rate which is quite simply breathtaking.

The 5G revolution, for example, will be changing our lives beyond all recognition and we want to talk about it - so that is exactly what we are going to do.

Shropshire Business LIVE is a new event bringing together the county’s business community to network, share advice and give tips on how to be successful in the challenging world we live in today. And it’s a sell-out! Several keynote speakers have also been lined up for the day from the world of manufacturing, marketing, agriculture, employment law, entrepreneurship and we are delighted that our Managing Director David has been invited to talk about telecoms. David will be discussing the implications of the 5G revolution and the fast-moving communications industry of today, what it will mean, the changes we can expect and how it’s going to alter our lives forever.

It’s an interesting topic and one we feel sure will be of great interest to all those at the event.
David will be updating their audience about how this superfast fifth generation mobile internet will be rolled out and when, and looking at the importance of the Government’s 5G Testbed and trials programme which is being focused on the West Midlands. Everyone wants to know about the benefits of 5G and the possibilities are endless with a service that will improve the prospects of remote working and transform industry with an anticipated boost to the UK economy of about £6bn. There will be massive benefits to our health service, relieving some of the stresses on critical areas and improving the way we deliver care. We will see major advancement in Artificial Intelligence and the leisure industry - so there will be plenty for David to talk about!

Shropshire Business LIVE will be taking place on Friday, February 15 at Hencote Vineyard in Shrewsbury.

It’s being organised by Nick Jones Wealth Planning of Shrewsbury in conjunction with Shropshire Business. The event is just what we need in Shropshire, a valuable addition to the county business calendar and Pure Telecom is 100% behind it. Shropshire Business editor Carl Jones will compere and the event will also include a question time-style panel debate. It promises to be of great benefit to all who attend and we would love to see as many business people there as possible to help make it the success it deserves to be.

If you’ve got your ticket then we will see you there - if you missed out then we hope you don’t miss out on the next one.
