How many times do we ask each other questions out of politeness but not really listen to the answer? You know - how are you? How is business? How is your family? What have you been up to?
I know I’ve been guilty of it, and even worse I sometimes want you to finish answering just so I can tell you the thing I really want to tell you about. The real reason I called or emailed - obviously we all care about each other but sometimes you can think your information or story is more important. As I say I am very guilty of it!
This time I’m going to head straight to it – I have news, big exciting news. Let’s see what you think.
As you are aware, Pure became part of the Radius Payment Solutions Group last year and we are delighted to inform you that we are being rebranded to Radius Connect - just in case the picture didn’t give it away.
So, what does that mean for you?
The things that are staying the same:
Our office in Shrewsbury – we love it and we are not moving any time soon so please come and visit.
Our phone number - 01743 244 933, we are at the other end waiting for your call 9am - 5.30pm.
Our people – all members of our award-winning team remain within the business, ensuring continuity in your day-to-day key contacts.
Billing and contracts – For those that receive a bill direct from Pure Telecom, the only change you will see is that your bill will have a new logo on it, but all your terms, direct debits and payments will stay the same. You don’t need to do anything.
The things that are changing:
More choice - now we’re part of a larger group we have access to a wider communications portfolio and expertise plus exclusive deals in fuel cards, insurance, credit cards and telematics.
New Logo – Radius Connect loves its green, as well as the logo our general communications with you will start to have a new look and feel.
More online content – we’ve moved all the information on our current site into the Radius Connect site, where you’ll find even more information about the group. We will also be moving all our social media activity to Radius Connect.
This is an incredibly exciting time for Pure Telecom - sorry Radius Connect - and my team look forward to sharing the additional benefits that we can offer all of our customers now that we are part of the Radius Group, whilst remaining 100% focused on continuing to provide an outstanding customer experience to every client no matter size or sector.
