Pure Telecom is celebrating a decade of success and has marked its ten year anniversary with a party for staff at its Shrewsbury Business Park head office.
The business was founded in 2006 by managing director Matt Sandford, who also celebrates 30 years in the sector this year. “After having built up so much experience in telecommunications with other businesses I made the decision to launch Pure a decade ago and have not looked back,” commented Matt, who now employs a team of 15 people.
“We have seen incremental growth over the years, recruiting new staff, diversifying our product range and receiving awards. It has been an incredibly enjoyable time and I am very much looking forward to the next decade,” said Matt.
He explained that one of the biggest milestones in the firm’s development was its decision to invest in a purpose-built £750,000 head office in Shrewsbury last year which offers better facilities for staff and customers.
Pure Telecom specialises in mobile, fixed and hosted telecoms systems for firms of all sizes across the UK and has some leading regional names amongst its clients, including Tanners Wines, Morris Lubricants, Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors and Cooper Green Pooks. It is now in the top three O2 network partners in the UK and has won two top industry awards recently for customer service and digital excellence and is a former recipient of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year accolade. “We are very proud of our achievements – the team of staff here have worked very hard to be amongst the best in the telecoms business,” Matt commented.
