We are proud of our customer service successes in 2017:

- 96.4% of tickets were resolved in under 2 hours
- Any dissatisfied customers are verbally contacted within 30 minutes
- £200k investment in bespoke CRM
Putting our customers first means we have been able to maintain low monthly churn rates, alongside an impressive network CSI score of over 82%. All our clients have either quarterly or monthly account reviews which enables us to review usage and identify any opportunities for improvements or address any issues.
