Our team at Pure is as good as gold - we know it, our clients know it and now it’s official!

Yes, we are delighted to bring you the news that we have received the Investors in People Gold Accreditation. We have previously held silver, which was great, but being awarded gold is just fantastic.

All team members have received a bottle of Champagne to celebrate, sourced from local wine merchant Tanners who are also a customer of ours. It’s a real Champagne moment for us and when you think just 7% of all Investors In People accredited organisations achieve this status, well, you’ll understand why we are so euphoric!

The accreditation is based on the overall culture of a business and how it manages its staff. Surveys are shared with all employees who answer questions on leadership, development and support of the business. This is followed by individual interviews with team members to truly discover how each business is performing.

Investors in People is an important vehicle for companies to assess staff/employee relationships. Healthy relationships and happy staff mean a better workplace environment, increased productivity and quality service delivery.
