Client Support

Full Time, Permanent

We're looking for someone to provide support to our customers and the Pure Telecom team.  The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service at all times. Strong communication skills are vital as you will be communicating directly with customers and working closely with our account management and business development teams. 

Working as part of our support team, the role includes a variety of service-related tasks:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails quickly and diligently, 
  • Ensure post is prepared and ready in required time frames,
  • Log and resolve support tickets on our ticketing system adhering to customer service-level-agreements,
  • Keep CRM system up-to-date with notes as required, 
  • Manage customer expectations, always quoting realistic time frames,
  • Identify and pass sales opportunities to account managers and our telesales executive,
  • Complete tariff reviews,
  • Provide account managers and BDM team with support on tariff guides, commercial bonuses and promotional offers,
  • Complete purchasing in line with company guidelines,
  • Manage customer stock levels held by Pure Telecom,
  • Ensure implementation process is followed for all new business, resigns and additional connections.
  • Identify improvements with processes - provide suggestions to line manager outlining the potential benefits of the change.

Any required product training will be provided but a desire for continual learning and improvement is essential. 

You will need to keep up to date on the Pure Telecom product portfolio and utilise online tools such as the O2 Cloud Portal.

The role is based at our head office in Shrewsbury but may include occasional travel for training or meetings.
