How we manage your account
All our clients regardless of size are given a dedicated one-point of contact account manager who will look after all aspects of the mobile and fixed line account. It does not matter how small a query may be – we handle it. Our clients are given a direct dial number, direct email and fax and the phone is ALWAYS answered by a member of the team – not a machine!
