This effectively shares the cost of a call with your customer. The customer pays a local rate fee only and you pay the difference. 0845 numbers can only be called in the UK and it can be easily diverted to new telephone numbers if the business moves location or service provider.

National rate 0870/0871

0870 numbers not only give you a national presence, but you earn a rebate every time somebody calls this number. In addition, they can be called from anywhere worldwide and the 0870 destination number can easily be changed if you move.

Freephone 0800/0808

0800 numbers allow your customers and prospective customers to call you at no cost to them, wherever they are in the UK . As you pick up the cost of the call, you are promoting customer loyalty and showing your customers that you are committed to them.

Premium rate

Callers are charged a premium rate ranging from 10p to £1.50 per minute. Premium numbers are normally used for value-added content services or support hotlines.
